Context.

Zahra Bahrololoumi is one the UK tech industry’s most influential and respected members. In 2021 Zahra was leaving her role as Accenture’s Head of Technology after 22 years. Before moving into her new position as CEO of Salesforce UK & Ireland, Zahra wanted to send a very personal message to the colleagues, clients and partners that meant so much to her.

Zahra’s True Story.

Zahra had learnt a lot over twenty two years leading a team with the scale, ambition and quality of Accenture Technology. At the core of her fond farewell were a carefully written collection of ‘maxims’ that captured her experiences and gave insight into how to live and lead with substance and soul. Each maxim was accompanied by a poignant track, selected by Zahra from her eclectic music library. Zahra is a passionate champion of diversity and next-gen talent. Up and coming abstract painter, Annie Heard, was commissioned to produce a piece inspired by Zahra’s words and music. These written, sonic and visual layers were brought together in a simple, vibrant and inspiring microsite that was sent by Zahra to her network on her final day. All under the ‘album title’, My Love Is In There Hiding.

Impact.

My Love Is In There Hiding was a fitting testament to Zahra’s gratitude, warmth and energy, not to mention her ambition - for herself and for others. The authenticity of this very personal project resonated powerfully with all those that knew her and with those would come to know her at Salesforce, her new home.

“Josh’s creative input and advisory capability is exceptional and always remains fresh. He creates clear and compelling concepts, challenges my own thinking in a respectful way and encourages me to take risks. I will always turn to Josh for truly creative partnership.”
